At Executive Property Services we believe that buildings need to be cared for, just like people. We believe that the use of digital building control systems, computerized maintenance programs and the use of real estate management software are the most economical and effective ways to manage properties.

Executive Property Services was formed in 1994 and immediately received contracts to manage buildings in Billings and Helena. Since that time the properties we service have grown throughout Montana and into northern Wyoming.
